Options for working with Jeff

Our goal is to creat significant results for our clients. There are several ways we can achieve this:

  • A) Presentation Only: Customized presentation at your scheduled event.  Jeff telephone interviews several of your team members in advance and integrates his observations into a customized presentation.  For details, click Working with Jeff.
  • B) On-Site Assesssment, Presentation, & Written Recommendations: Jeff visits your location in advance to do on-site research, interviews and assessments.  The customized presentation will feature examples and applications that are even more specific that participants can immediately apply.  At the end of the presentation, Jeff provides the senior executive with a written Executive Overview of his finds and recommendations.  For details, click Working with Jeff.
  • C) On-Site Assessment, Executive Retreat/Planning Session: Jeff visits your location in advance to do on-site research, interviews and assessments (same as option "B").  He then conducts a separate off-site Executive Retreat/Planning session for senior managers.  In that session, Jeff and your senior management team discuss your current customer culture.  Jeff facilitates the discussion, including his findings, and assists the group in outlining specific steps needed to move the organization's customer culture to the next level.  This approach is particularly useful for those circumstances when managers do not agree what the customer culture should look like.  An overview of his option is available by clicking on Executive Retreat/Planning Session.
  • D) Implementation Coaching. After Jeff has equipped your team with Influence with Ease techniques, you may register your leaders to receive individual coaching sessions with Jeff.  For details click Implementation Coaching.
