Keynotes, Seminars, and Executive Retreats: Jeff Delivers customized keynotes of up to 1 and one half hours, seminars of up to 3 hours, and full day executive retreats. For all of Jeff's sessions, he telephone interviews several of your team members in advance and integrates his observations into the customized presentation. Keep in mind that for keynotes and seminars, if you'd like a second session on the same day, the second session is half price.
Custom Designed Training Packages: We would be happy to put together a training program that can include a combination of live seminars, weekly tips, monthly bulletins, self study kits, customized customer contact scripts, and implementation coaching. We design these packages to suite your training objectives, timing and budget.
