How the coaching works
After Jeff has equipped your team with Influence with Ease techniques, leaders then receive individual coaching sessions with Jeff. This is also available to individuals who invest in Jeff's training resources who would like coaching to assist with the implementation. The coaching is offered in three-month (quarterly) increments. Each quarterly coaching session includes:
- Monthly one-on-one toll-free telephone coaching sessions with Jeff
- Unlimited access to Jeff via email
- Support tools such as books, multimedia training kits, CD sets, articles etc.
The complete program includes 4 modules – a full year of coaching support!
What You'll Achieve in Each Coaching Period

First Quarter – Your team members put Influence with Ease® into action
Training events are great for launching new approaches and gaining employee buy-in. The problem is that most people can only absorb and retain a limited amount of information in one sitting. Plus, in the early stages some employees may need assistance in applying the training principles. Over this three month coaching period, Jeff will show you how to coach your team through this learning and implementation stage.
Included with this coaching module at no additional charge, you'll receive Influence with Ease – the Total Training System. This kit includes all the tools you'll need to ensure that your team members are applying the training concepts and continuing to learn more. You will also receive your first employee training bulletins. Throughout this three month coaching period, Jeff walks you through which tools to use first, how to use them to best advantage, and finally, which tasks to delegate so that you've now trained-the-trainer and can move on to the next priority.

Second Quarter – Enhance your customer culture to becoming a Service Icon™
Even with front line service and sales training, over the long term employee performance will mirror the underlying service and sales culture. That's why so many front line training programs merely create short term improvements. To create results that endure, over this three month coaching period Jeff works with you to move your customer service and/or sales culture to the next level.
Using the tools outlined in his book, Becoming a Service Icon in 90 Minutes a Month, Jeff assists you to systematically assess your organization's infrastructure. You'll then make subtle shifts and improvements. Most importantly you'll take ad hoc activities and convert them into systematic, integrated procedures for continuously improving your team's service and/or sales results. The bonus is you'll also be boosting your team's overall morale and sense of purpose.
As mentioned above, the implementation tool you'll be using in this coaching quarter - included at no additional charge - is Jeff's book, Becoming a Service Icon in 90 Minutes a Month.

Third Quarter – Overcoming obstacles - resolving people problems
An effective leader has to set limits, provide corrective feedback, and say "no" occasionally - even to deserving team members. Leaders also need to know how to motivate employees who resist new ideas. That means that for most leaders one of the most time consuming and frustrating aspects of the job is resolving people problems. In this coaching module, Jeff works with you to address problem personalities within the workplace, and in the rest of the world.
The resource that you'll be tapping during this coaching period is Jeff's audio CD set, How to Deal with Difficult People, included at no additional charge with the coaching.

Fourth Quarter – Priority planning and life balance
As a leader you have numerous priorities vying for your time and energy: strategic initiatives, employee requests, customer relations, meetings and phone calls, paperwork, email - not to mention your personal priorities around your health, family/friends, finances, and peace of mind. During this three month coaching period, Jeff will work with you to assess and align your priorities so that you're less busy and more productive. That means that the important things at work will get done. Of course, you'll also be integrating your personal priorities so that you achieve a work/life balance that's sustainable.
Your implementation resource during this module is Jeff's training kit, How to Manage Multiple Priorities, included at no additional charge with this coaching module.

Unlike most other coaching services, in this program - included with your coaching package - you receive tangible training tools to ensure that your team gets the results you need.
